Step 2: Submit an Inquiry

• Check to see if your date and items are available by completing our inquiry form or emailing us. You’ll also have the option to schedule a quick call to chat more about your event. You’ll receive a response Monday - Friday within 48 hours of your inquiry. For inquiries received over the weekend, we will respond within 48 hours the next business day. 

• To receive an accurate quote, please include the date of your event, location, which items you'd like to rent and the quantity of the items, and for tent rentals, which tent size(s) you are considering. 
  

Step 3: Review your Quote 

• Review the quote and select the items you’d like to move forward with reserving. Let us know when you’d like to reserve the items and we will send over a contract/invoice and payment information via Honeybooks.

Step 4: Review and Sign the Contract

• We’ll send over a rental agreement outlining all of the details. Once reviewed and signed. 

Step 5: Secure your Date

• A 25% nonrefundable retainer  is required to reserve your date. Once we receive the retainer, your booking is officially confirmed!

Step 6: Final Payment

• The remaining balance is due the day before your event. We will reach out the morning of drop off to confirm our delivery window. We will also reach out the evening before pick up to confirm our pick up window. 

We serve the Greater Sacramento Area such as Sacramento, Rancho Cordova, Elk Grove, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Roseville & Nearby Cities. We are available to travel beyond these areas upon request.

• Set up time varies by tent size and number of tents rented. For draped tents, we typically require a minimum of 3 hrs for set up. We typically set up the day before and pick up the day after the event. Accommodations for same day set up is available. 

• Take down time is usually 1 - 2 hours but varies based on tent size and number of tents 

• Undraped tents typically take 1 - 2 hours can be set up same day. 

Yes a 25% nonrefundable retainer is required and signed contract is required for all rental items (tents, tables, and/or chairs).

We accept venmo, zelle, and credit card via our booking website Honeybooks. Checks are only accepted for corporate or school events and must come from the business.

All items are booked on a first come first serve basis. Dates for any items are not reserved until we receive both the signed contract and 25% retainer. We recommend booking 6 months out or more for draped tents during peak season.

Unfortunately, at this time we are only offering delivery. Delivery pricing varies based on the type of quantity of items being rented. Draped tents and Draped Tent Packages include delivery within a 20 mile radius of 95827.
